The following recommendations for overcoming some specific health problems contain in a condensed form some important or specific ingredients of a natural approach. However, it is essential to incorporate these specific recommendations into a holistic program for improving the wellbeing of the whole person.

Most modern diseases are caused by or associated with dysbiosis – pathogenic microbes in the intestines due to antibiotics and similar drugs. If this is not corrected then other therapies may not work, see Candida and the Antibiotic Syndrome. After sanitizing your intestines and using systemic antimicrobial therapy your disease or health problem may just disappear with a cleansing program and by adopting a high-quality diet that is appropriate for your metabolic type without any further therapies being required. In particular, many health problems tend to disappear simply by eliminating all gluten products, sweeteners and any foods that cause a sensitivity reaction.

In addition to any supplements specifically mentioned for your problem, you may also take a multi-vitamin-mineral tablet, antioxidants, lecithin, kelp, pollen and other helpful nutrients. Also use other methods described in this book, such as acupuncture, reflexology, meridian therapy, magnet therapy, color therapy and guided imagery to improve diseased organs and assist healing. The more of an effort you make to apply as many supportive methods as possible the better will be the result.

If your condition is not specifically mentioned, or rather severe, or in addition to any of the recommended measures, adopt a raw-food diet until you are much improved. I regard this as the most versatile cure-all, especially if combined with suitable mind therapy. A suitable raw food diet combined with a joyful mind is also the best insurance against developing any disease.

AIDS

Intestinal Sanitation and systemic anti-microbial therapy. Predominantly raw food diet with plenty of sprouted seeds and fresh vegetable juices, mainly from cereal grasses. Oxygen therapies alternating with high antioxidant intake. Colloidal silver, acidophilus, echinacea, propolis and other natural antibiotics. Beck-type electronic zapper and magnetic pulser. Emotional and mind therapies. For supplements and other supportive measures see ‘Infections and Inflammations’ below, also suitable methods from Overcoming Cancer.

Virus infections generally clear up with a high intake of antioxidants in addition to selenium and zinc. Take 5 x 2 g (or bowel tolerance) of sodium ascorbate, 3 x 15 – 20 mg of zinc, 200 mcg of selenium, 3 x 200 mg of alpha-lipoic acid [thioctic acid, may require extra biotin]. In addition1 tablespoon of cod liver oil and a variety of other antioxidants, such as grape seed extract, Microhydrin or strong electrolytic reduced water (ERW). Specific for AIDS may be the nutritional precursors of glutathione peroxidase: selenium, L-cysteine, L-glutamine and L-tryptophan (or niacinamide). ADDICTIONS

Basic Cleanse followed by food allergy testing and a diet based on vegetable juice with added water for a total fluid intake of about 1 gallon/4 litre. Homeopathic remedy made of the addictive substance. Acidophilus, high-potency B-complex, glutamine, affirmations, guided imagery, outdoor activity, and group support.

ALLERGIES

Intestinal Sanitation and systemic anti-microbial therapy. Test individual foods and chemicals with an elimination diet after a 5-day water fast or Basic Cleanse or rice mono diet with only salt and olive oil for flavouring. Rotation diet, small meals, chew well. Digestive enzymes, hydrochloric acid, B-complex, high vitamin C, glutamine, MSM. Alkalise the body with sodium and potassium bicarbonate. Avoid or minimize sweet and acid food and food additives. Homeopathic remedy made from the offending allergens. See Part 6 of Healing Foods.

ANAEMIA

Juice or powder of cereal grasses, liver - underdone or freeze-dried, sprouted seeds. Hydrochloric acid and ascorbic acid with meals, minimize sweet food. Vitamins B6, B12, folic acid, E, bioflavonoids. Chelated iron, zinc, manganese, chromium. Parasite cure with wormwood, cloves and tincture of walnut, electronic zapper. Red colour therapy, mild sun exposure, outdoors activity.

ARTHRITIS

DIET: Basic Cleanse followed by allergy testing and predominantly raw-food diet. Minimize sweet and acid food, wheat products, gluten, milk, and cheese. If fingernails are soft take hydrochloric acid with meals, sodium bicarbonate 3 hours after hydrochloric acid. Use ground linseed, fish oils, cold-pressed peanut oil and olive oil. Avoid other commercial cooking oils, citrus fruit, foods of the nightshade family and processed food.

SUPPLEMENTS: Vitamin B6 (especially with problems of the hands) and nicotinamide in addition to multi-vitamins. 500 mg or more of magnesium, boron (as from 50 - 100 mg of borax or a small pinch), zinc, MSM, try copper salicylate for pain and inflammation, alternatively chelated copper or copper bracelet. Acidophilus, digestive enzymes, celery seeds, yucca. Most helpful: glucosamine, in addition mussel extract or liquid bovine cartilage or shark cartilage, also broth of fish heads.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Intestinal Sanitation and systemic anti-microbial therapy. Warm peanut oil rubs of affected joints, hot Epsom salts pack and hot Epsom salts bath, sweating, kerosene pack around affected joints, also other blistering agents. Dissolve MSM and glucosamine in a solution of copper salicylate and rub it into affected joints. Blue light therapy over painful areas, orange light on stiff, calcified joints. Deep muscle massage, remove dead teeth and amalgam fillings. See also the specific article on Arthritis in this section.

ASTHMA

Intestinal Sanitation and systemic anti-microbial therapy. Initially avoid and later minimize sweet and acid food, wheat, gluten and lactose as in milk products (except butter), also aspirin and processed food. Avoid sulphites used in many foods and medications as preservatives. Allergy testing is essential; use ground linseed, fish oils and extra virgin olive oil, avoid other commercial oils.

Halibut oil capsules or cod liver oil or other source of vitamin A (not beta-carotene instead); vitamins E, C, B1, B6. Generally high levels of antioxidants with up to 10 g per day of sodium or calcium ascorbate, grape seed extract, green tea and strongly reducing ionised water. Molybdenum (with sulphite sensitivity), magnesium, manganese, MSM, selenium, zinc. Hydrochloric acid with protein meals if fingernails are weak, sodium bicarbonate 3 hours later. Acidophilus and bifido cultures. Alkalise the body.

Breathing exercises: inhale into the abdomen and exhale as slowly as possible, do this also routinely during sedentary activities. After normal exhalation continue to hold your breath for as long as possible (Buteyko Therapy), blow up balloons. Spinal adjustment. Preferably live in a dry, warm climate or elevated position, avoid damp places as well as moulds and fungi in air and food. Use natural fibre mattresses or wrap foam mattresses in polythene sheeting with only a small opening at the bottom.

Some asthmatics claim to have been cured by regularly inhaling 3% hydrogen peroxide sprayed directly into the mouth from a spray bottle, while others had success with inhaling high concentrations of negative ions from a medical-type air ionizer or with spray-inhaling a 10% sodium ascorbate solution. Hydrogen peroxide probably is best against fungal infestations and antioxidant spray with inflammations and oxidative damage. Try both but use the hydrogen peroxide only periodically for a limited time, e.g. for a few weeks as needed.

Eliminate parasites with wormwood, cloves, black walnut tincture and electronic zapper. Intestinal sanitation with Candida therapy. Vomiting therapy can help; try to cough up mucus after hot onion packs on the chest. Make children emotionally secure, emotional release therapy for adults. AUTO-IMMUNE DISEASES

In autoimmune diseases the immune system attacks faulty body cells, probably due to infestation with myoplasms or cell-wall deficient and pleomorphic or other microbes. Common causes are dead teeth and resulting jawbone infections as well as overgrowth of the intestinal tract with pathogenic microbes. Autoimmune diseases include type1 diabetes, Crohn’s disease, lupus (S.L.E.), multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma and thyroiditis.

The main aspects of treating autoimmune diseases are Intestinal Sanitation and systemic anti-microbial therapy, avoiding gluten products (including beer) and substances to which you are allergic or sensitive, sweetened food, genetically modified or microwaved food and processed food in general. By far the best option is to adopt a temporary raw-food diet.

Use high amounts of antioxidants, in particular vitamin C, L-lysine, selenium, zinc, cod liver oil and other nutrients listed under ‘virus infections’ in the section on ‘Infections and Inflammations’ below, also electronic zapper and other measures listed under ‘Additional Therapies’. Furthermore, see also any entries for your specific autoimmune disease.

BACK PROBLEMS

Low allergy diet; vitamins C, E, B-complex; high doses manganese, zinc, magnesium. Reflexology is very effective, Epsom salt packs. For shrunk disks stretch the spine and rub with hypericum oil. Deep muscle massage or pressure into tight muscles, spinal adjustment. Hang upside down (inversion swing) for problems in the lower back. Stretching exercises, sleep on a firm bed, avoid high heels. Improve the digestive system and any diseased organ; back pain commonly results from problems in inner organs.

BROKEN BONES

Fresh vegetable juices, broth of fish heads, bone meal. Vitamin C, halibut oil capsules, boron (50 mg of borax) manganese, zinc, magnesium, and comfrey root. Place north pole of a magnet above fracture (towards trunk) and south pole opposite and below the fracture (towards fingers or toes). Trace acupuncture meridians along fractured limb. Orange colour therapy.

CANCER

The main aspects of holistic cancer therapy are strengthening the immune system, controlling the cancer microbe, removing accumulated toxins and waste products and dissolving any tumours. Most important is Intestinal Sanitation and systemic anti-microbial therapy.

DIET: Start with the Basic Cleanse followed by the Juice Diet. Generally low-protein diet, except if using the Budwig Diet on mainly ‘quark’ and ground linseed. Purple foods (red beets, black or purple grapes, dark grape juice) with any diet, ground linseed, also sprouted broccoli seeds are very good (do not use treated seeds for planting). During the morning sip slowly one bottle of dark grape juice, no other food, except possibly fresh fruit or grass and vegetable juices until noon. If the body is sensitive, keep the urine slightly alkaline, possibly using alkalisers (see Acid-Alkaline Balance). If the body is insensitive, take hydrochloric acid with meals. Structure the diet according to your metabolic type and blood group.

SUPPLEMENTS: Some useful remedies are sulphur-amino acids (L-cysteine and possibly L-methionine) or MSM, Kyolic aged garlic, propolis, aloe vera, colloidal silver, Lugol’s solution, kelp, lecithin, freeze-dried liver, proteolytic enzymes or, where available, small amounts of mature green papaw or juice/extract of fresh papaw leaves suitably diluted.

Some good herbs are pau d’arco, Hoxsey herb mixture, Essiac, papaw leaves, echinacea, greater celandine, red clover blossoms, parasite remedies (wormwood, cloves, black walnut). Urea helps to prevent metastases; hydrazine sulphate helps to regain weight and strength. There are hundreds of more or less useful remedies available, use what appeals to you.

The most important vitamins are C (10 g or more, usually neutralized and in frequent small doses), E (not during oxygen therapy), A and D (best as shark liver oil, also cod liver oil is suitable), niacinamide (2 x 500 mg), B6, B12 (inject or dissolve under tongue), folic acid. The most important minerals are magnesium (500 mg or more), selenium and zinc.

Generally high amounts of all antioxidants, including alpha lipoic acid and grape seed extract. Alternate shorter periods (a few weeks) of oxygen therapies with longer periods (several months) on high antioxidant supplements. With tumors use high amounts of the following to inhibit the formation of new blood vessels: shark or bovine cartilage (both best liquid), zinc (3 x 30 mg), vitamin B2, turmeric and green tea but minimize any copper intake.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Sanitize the bedroom by minimizing electro stress, chemical pollution as well as geopathic radiation; do not use innerspring mattresses or metal beds. Sanitizes your teeth, especially have all dead teeth removed. Experiment with ways to increase your life force. Use a Beck-type electronic zapper (with attached colloidal silver maker) and magnetic pulser. Strong magnet with south-pointing pole and blue light therapy for pain and tumour control. Try various types of packs. Avoid surgery near full moon (increased chance of haemorrhage and for pre-menopausal females during the first and last week of the period (increased chance of metastasis).

Improve the mind with several hours daily of relaxation, affirmation, prayer, guided imagery and meditation. Practice positive thinking and develop faith and a joyful mind. Nothing will cure you if you do not believe in it. Learn to feel and express your needs as well as negative emotions, become assertive. Do not focus on fighting cancer but rather on improving health and enjoyment of life. Choose to live life to the fullest, have a goal for the future, and become enthusiastic about your life. CANDIDA

A fungal infection caused by Candida albicans (candidiasis or moniliasis). The most common symptoms are thrush (oral or vaginal) and skin infections. However, Candida often invades the body itself, starting with the digestive tract and then entering the bloodstream, thereby overwhelming the immune system. In this way, Candida has been found to cause or aggravate many cases of food allergies, digestive-tract diseases, all kinds of auto-immune diseases, lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, but also schizophrenia, mental depression and anxiety, impaired memory, hyperactivity, menstrual problems, miscarriage - basically any part of the body may become impaired.

Some antifungal remedies are coconut oil, garlic, pau d'arco, propolis, wormwood, and the oils of tea-tree, neem tree, cinnamon, clove, eucalyptus, mustard and thyme. Also chewing some fresh or dried neem leaves for several weeks is good. Avoid sweet foods, yeast, moulds and, initially, fruit. For severe fungus infestation of inner organs an internal iodine solution (4 x 6 drops of Lugol’s solution) may be taken in liquids for three weeks, see below. CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE

Basic Cleanse followed by periods on fruits only or Juice Diet. Avoid or minimize: sweeteners, salt, chlorinated water, smoking, peanut products, caffeine and all commercial fats and oils except extra virgin olive oil, do not heat any flesh food or eggs above boiling temperature. Use only cows’ milk products that have not been pasteurised or otherwise heated.

Use plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, Papaw and pineapple are good. Use plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, seafood, some (organic) poultry. 1-2 tablespoons of (freshly) ground or frozen linseed and 1 teaspoon or 3 capsules of lecithin with most meals, fish oil capsules, oily seeds and nuts (not roasted or rancid) best as ‘seed cheese’. If blood pressure is high acidify your body with ascorbic acid and possibly take hydrochloric acid supplements with meals (with acid body conditions more histamine is released which in turn dilates blood vessels).

SUPPLEMENTS: high doses of natural vitamin E (tablets) and vitamin C (5 - 10 g, in divided doses mostly as ascorbic acid), vitamin B6, niacin 50 - 250 mg before meals to induce flushing. Close to 1000 mg of magnesium daily, best as magnesium chloride or neutralized ascorbic acid. Other helpful minerals are zinc, selenium, chromium, manganese, copper salicylate; males should minimize calcium, females may benefit from more. Seriously ill patients take 5-6 g of lysine and 2 g of carnitine daily in 4 divided doses. Herbs: Bromelain, ginger (with most meals), ginkgo biloba and green tea, also digestive enzymes high in lipase.

Clogged arteries may also be cleaned with 4 to 6 drops of a saturated solution of potassium iodide (SSKI) in addition to sufficient niacin to produce flushing, usually 50 to 250 mg. For best results also use sufficient omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, lecithin and sulfur in your diet (e.g. L-cysteine, L-methionine or MSM).

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Remove any dead teeth and make sure there is no chronic infection in the wisdom tooth positions (number 8). Regular exercise, alternating hot and cold showers, skin brushing. Frequently press into the fleshy pad below the left thumb. Pressing strongly during a heart attack can allegedly stop the attack. A similar effect of stopping a heart attack within minutes has been reported from rapidly drinking a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of cayenne. A small magnet with the south pole over the heart eases pain or fast heartbeat, the north pole strengthens the beat (not with pace-maker).

CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME

The cellular oxidative energy production is blocked by unbiological chemicals or endotoxins from a chronic microbial infection, commonly due to Candida or pleomorphic organisms in the blood after antibiotic therapy.

Allergy testing and low allergy diet. Plenty of purple foods (beetroot, red cabbage, purple onions, black/purple grapes, blackcurrants, blackberries, blueberries or juices of any of these) and green juice or alternatively barley green powder. With low blood pressure eat salty and spicy food and select food with a favourable Calcium/Phosphorus Ratio.

SUPPLEMENTS: High dose antioxidants with 10 g or more of sodium ascorbate in divided doses, natural vitamin E as tablets, alpha lipoic acid, grape seed extract, Microhydrin or strong electrolysed reduced water (ERW). Multivitamins, calcium orotate, magnesium, manganese, selenium (200 mcg), zinc (3 x 15 or 20 mg), coenzyme Q10 (3 x 30 mg or more), either L-cysteine and L-methionine or MSM, Kyolic aged garlic, freeze-dried liver, propolis, echinacea. Maca may be very helpful for hormonal balancing. Weekly vitamin B12 injections or daily vitamin B12 tablets under the tongue. Glutamine before meals if there is evidence of 'leaky gut syndrome'.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Clean up Candida with intestinal sanitation and systemic anti-microbial therapy, see 'Candida & the Antibiotic Syndrome’, for treatment also ‘Intestinal Sanitation’ in Healing Foods. Try parasite cure using wormwood, clove and black walnut and/or Lugol’s Solution - see Parasites. Replace dead teeth and amalgam fillings. Sanitize the bedroom. Beck-type electronic zapper, magnetic pulser, colloidal silver, copper salicylate. Minimize electromagnetic pollution – sanitize the bedroom.

COLDS

Colds may be regarded as beneficial clean-outs of mucus congestions. To avoid colds, avoid mucus congestions and foods that produce them. These are mainly lactose and cows' milk products (except butter), sweet foods, moulds and mouldy foods and any foods or chemicals to which one is allergic or sensitive. Other factors are mercury amalgam fillings, root canal fillings and other foci of chronic infections as well as Candida overgrowth and intestinal dysbiosis.

Try to correct these conditions and see MUCUS PROLEMS below for ways to ease mucus congestions. I have seen severe colds being aborted within hours by using the Sugar Cure (see Mucus Problems). Other useful remedies are echinacea, fresh raw garlic and very high doses, up to bowel tolerance, of vitamin C (sodium ascorbate). In addition frequently dissolve a tablet with a small amount of zinc sulphate in the mouth. Another useful method is to dissolve one third of a teaspoon of sodium ascorbate in 2 tablespoons of water and from time to time place 20 drops in each nostril.

Colds can also be stopped if at the first sign of a coming cold a few drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide are inserted into each ear. Lie on one side while putting the drops into the opposite ear, wait a few minutes, then change sides and put the drops in the other ear. In addition gargle frequently with diluted hydrogen peroxide and also swallow some. For further suggestions see INFECTIONS & INFLAMMATIONS below.

DEPRESSION

Use a high-quality low-allergy diet. With sensitive skin and emotional instability use mainly slow-digesting food and with insensitive conditions plenty of fruit. Avoid food to which you may be addicted or on which you may binge, such as chocolate, coffee, tea or alcohol. Give yourself a special treat from time to time without using sweet or junk food.

SUPPLEMENTS: The most important vitamins are B6, B12, C, niacin or nicotinamide, folic acid and the minerals zinc, magnesium, calcium and manganese. Initially take a high-potency multivitamin-mineral tablet with most meals and additional amounts of vitamin B6 and zinc up to dream recall or 500 mg of vitamin B6. High amounts of omega-3 fatty acids as fish oils, including cod liver oil, also linseed oil or freshly ground linseed. Try Hypericum or St. Johnswort and the Bach Flower Remedies Aspen, Gentian, Gorse and Mustard. Correct any constipation, take cultures of acidophilus and bifidobacteria. Have any dead teeth removed and preferably amalgam fillings replaced. Avoid lead pollution. Kyolic (aged garlic), cooked garlic and some raw garlic assist in detoxification.

Try amino acids: up to 2 g of L (or D, L) phenylalanine and tyrosine each before meals or alternatively up to 2 g of tryptophan. You may also try taking phenylalanine and tyrosine only before breakfast and tryptophan only at bedtime. Glutamine may be used as an additional brain fuel. Epinephrine and dopamine in the brain are formed from phenylalanine and tyrosine, while serotonin is made from tryptophan.

Depression often results from low thyroid and adrenal functions. Check your temperature under the armpit before rising, women check in the first 10 days of the menses or before ovulation. If it is below 97.8ºF or 36.5ºC you may try thyroid extract (absorb under the tongue) and iodine from kelp. In addition, selenium is required to activate thyroid hormone, therefore take 200 mcg per day.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Candida can go into the bloodstream and cause depression and other psychiatric symptoms. For treatment see Candida above. Use prayer, affirmations, meditation and guided imagery to uplift your feelings and solve your problems. Learn to trust in your inner or higher guidance and ask it to take care of your problems. Socialize and find a group with similar interests. Forgive yourself and others for any mistakes or misdeeds.

Seasonal depression is due to insufficient sunlight. Expose yourself to one or two hours of very bright light each day, preferably in the morning and be outside in sunlight without sunglasses, otherwise incandescent light but not fluorescent light. In addition, use yellow or orange color therapy for all forms of depression; also look into the light source. Wear bright colored clothing. Use deep breathing exercises, dance to lively music and shake the whole body for a minute during fast breathing.

DIABETES

The present epidemic of type 2 diabetes is due to the official health guidelines recommending a diet high in carbohydrates and low in fat. This can easily be reversed by a diet high in fresh raw food and unheated fats while initially avoiding and later minimizing grain products and sweeteners.

Under professional supervision, go for one week on a diet of only apples, mainly tart varieties (e.g. Granny Smith) with no or only a minimum of long-term insulin (to avoid ‘hypos’) or drugs. In addition have intestinal sanitation with plenty of dairy-free acidophilus cultures. Then gradually introduce non-sweet raw foods, especially sprouted seeds, lentils and other legumes, seafood, onion and cooked vegetables. Keep a diary of the blood sugar level after each test food. Continue using only low-response food.

With type 1 you may have to minimize all glucose-producing foods (e.g. all starches, sweet vegetables and even legumes) for some time and use mainly meat, fish, egg, goats' milk products, spirulina, lettuce, cabbage and other leafy greens in addition to green/tart apples, lemons and limes. If you need more carbohydrate add fructose to the lemon juice and also try xylitol. Before each meal take plenty of either fresh barley grass juice, spirulina or chlorella, and try one tablespoon of freshly ground linseed, as well as 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds soaked overnight, also use the soaking water. While you may be able to greatly reduce and sometimes eliminate the need for insulin injections in this way, regeneration of the pancreas is only likely if most of these foods are fresh, raw and organic.

Avoid all cows’ milk products (for type 1), wheat and gluten, saturated and especially hydrogenated fats, processed foods and food additives. Furthermore, avoid all sweet or sweetened food, including fruit juices, and in particular all sucrose; also fructose and glucose at the same meal, such as having fruit after a meal, although it may be all right having fruit an hour before a meal.

SUPPLEMENTS: Vitamins C and E (tablets), B-group, especially B1, B6, and B12. Glucose Tolerance Factor or chromium as well as manganese and zinc (all best chelated), 500 mg or more of magnesium, vanadium if available, MSM, fish oils, lecithin, freeze-dried liver, continue with dairy-free acidophilus. Also useful are aloe vera, bilberry, ginseng, goat's rue, gymnema (may help to regenerate beta cells) and various spices - cinnamon (1 teaspoon daily in divided doses), cloves, tarragon and turmeric. Calcium arginate (calcium salt of the amino acid arginine) is effective with type II diabetes.

Castor oil packs on liver and abdomen, magnetic pulser on liver and pancreas, also reflexology for these, herbal parasite cure and colloidal silver. See also the articles on Diabetes in this Section.

DIGESTIVE DISORDERS

Allergy testing and low-allergy diet suitable for your blood group, small meals, chew slowly and well, correct food combining, diet appropriate for your metabolic type and blood group, possibly rice mono-diet for a while with only salt and olive oil for flavouring, alternatively a water fast (purified water only). Basic Cleanse and intestinal sanitation with acidophilus and bifido cultures. With soft fingernails add hydrochloric acid to meals, sodium bicarbonate 3 hours later.

With ulcers and irritable bowel in addition to the above take slippery elm powder before meals, use anti-inflammatory herbs, such as golden seal, ginger, chamomile as well as glutamine and zinc sulphate with meals (200 mg/day), copper salicylate, oxygen therapy, zinc, high-dose magnesium, cod liver oil (emulsified) and other omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality aloe vera juice. Use magnetic pulser and south pole of a strong magnet on sites of inflammation. Include raw potato in the vegetable juice for stomach ulcers and cabbage juice with duodenal ulcer. Stomach ulcers usually cause pain after a meal, duodenal ulcers between or before meals. Very effective are 6 drops of tea tree oil in liquid before breakfast for 3 days (initially take a test drop to see that you are not oversensitive to it).

With constipation use magnesium (as chloride or sulphate) in frequent teaspoonfuls, also one or more tablespoons of ground linseed with meals, long walks, large vegetable salads, squat for bowel movements. For bloating or excess wind avoid any sweetness with or after vegetables or fibre-rich food; correct food combining, low allergy diet, and magnesium chloride up to bowel tolerance level.

With hiatus hernia (belching, heartburn, indigestion) the patient sits at one end of a massage table (or something similar) with the legs outstretched on the table. A helper lies across the legs or holds them down while the patient leans back over the edge as far as possible. Then the patient tightens the abdominal muscles to pull himself or herself slowly back up to the sitting position. A second helper may assist. In most instances this will pull the stomach back to its normal position.

EPILEPSY

Low allergy diet; minimize sweet food, wheat, milk, cheese, food additives, contamination from copper (new water pipes), aluminium (cooking) and mercury (amalgam fillings), as well as lead and dead teeth.

Take vitamin B6, vitamin E and magnesium in high doses, in addition other vitamins and trace minerals, cod liver oil, lecithin, glutamine. Sulphur amino acids: taurine, alternatively cysteine; try raw egg yolk, mussel or oyster extract, black cohosh, copper salicylate. Minimize emotional stress, fluorescent or flickering lights, television, computer games. Neck adjustment, head and neck exercise, parasite cure, sanitize bedroom. Try reducing any edema or fluid pressure in the brain by taking 20 g of urea 2 to 5 times daily for several days (correspondingly less for children).

EYE PROBLEMS

Low allergy diet with plenty of fresh vegetable juices; minimize dairy products, hydrogenated fats, commercial oils except olive oil and sweet foods. For all conditions high-dose vitamins B2 and A (halibut oil capsules) in addition to B-complex, C and E and grape seed extract. All especially important with cataracts and macular degeneration.

The carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin are especially important for the macula and are found in deep green, yellow, orange and red fruits and vegetables as in tomatoes, squash, corn and spinach. In addition herbs eyebright and bilberry internally and as eye rinse. For clogged arteries in the back of the eyes use potassium iodide as explained for ‘clogged arteries’ under Cardiovascular Diseases.

Plenty of magnesium, zinc, chromium and manganese, sufficient selenium. Chromium and diet low in sweet food especially important with myopia/short-sightedness, magnesium with far-sightedness. A salty diet may be beneficial with glaucoma, also sodium ascorbate up to 5 x 6 g. For red eyes or conjunctivitis, rinse with weak solution of boric acid, possibly combined with strained eyebright and chamomile.

For virus infections make up a solution of 2,500 IU of vitamin A emulsion and 250 mg of sodium ascorbate per ml of water. Use 1 or 2 drops in each eye every 3 to 4 hours. If it stings too much then dilute as needed. Keep refrigerated and make a fresh remedy every week. This also helps with allergy-induced eye problems, in addition to sufficient vitamin B2. For cataracts use in addition to all of these also eye drops with N-acetyl carnosine (see the Internet for suppliers).

Use raw grated potato pack in gauze for irritated eyes and warm castor oil packs for weak eyes. You may also put a drop of castor oil or urine in each eye at bedtime for gradual strengthening. Be outside as much as possible without glasses or sunglasses, look at the blue sky, but avoid eyestrain. Minimize watching television, computer screens and reading by electric light. While reading frequently interrupt, look around and also cover eyes with palms. Preferably use natural daylight bulbs, minimize fluorescent lights except if special daylight types.

Do eye exercises: look up, down, sideways, diagonally in quick succession, circle, alternate looking at a nearby and a far object. Head and neck exercise, rapidly blink at the sun when low in the sky. Colour therapy: Frequently alternate looking at an orange or red light bulb of 25 W and a blue light of 40 W in a darkened room. Finally look for several minutes at a green 40 W light.

HEADACHES & MIGRAINES

Basic Cleanse followed by allergy testing and low allergy diet. Minimize sweet food, dairy products, wheat and other gluten products, egg, oranges, tomatoes, additives, fatty food, chocolate, Brazil nuts, coconut, aged cheeses, mushrooms, pickled herrings, pork and smoking. MSG often causes problem, it may be disguised as hydrolysed vegetable or soy protein, chicken or beef stock or just as natural food flavouring.

Try magnesium if blood pressure is elevated, calcium and salty food if it is low. Try a strong coffee at the onset of symptoms (if not addicted to it). The herb feverfew may help. Correct any constipation or intestinal inflammation. Head and neck exercise, pressure massage of neck and shoulder muscles and around base of big toes, possibly neck adjustment. Exercise scalp muscles, rest, fresh air, walking, deep breathing and avoid stress. Trace gall bladder meridian. During an attack imagine and feel arms becoming warm, possibly soak in warm water. Riboflavin (vitamin B2), 4 x 100 mg, has been found to prevent 60% of migraines, use together with a multivitamin tablet.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

Most important low-allergy diet or allergy testing, high potassium and low sodium intake as well as plenty of magnesium, for females also calcium. Improve kidney functions, otherwise as for cardiovascular disease.

HYPERACTIVITY (ADD)

Allergy testing and low allergy diet, minimize or avoid sweet food, especially chocolate, cows’ milk, cheese, egg, pork, citrus, soft drinks; artificial food colouring, flavouring, preservatives, chemical sprays, petrochemical fumes, detergents, strong perfumes, smoke, stimulants, aspirin; fluorescent and flickering lights and games, television, stressful situations.

In several trials avoiding food and chemical allergens resulted in a 100% cure rate. Frequently Candida overgrowth in the intestines (commonly following a course of antibiotics) is the original cause of multiple allergies, treat for Candida. Zinc and magnesium supplements are helpful, also vitamins C, B6, pantothenic acid, nicotinamide folic acid and B12. For attention deficit try ginkgo biloba.

INFECTIONS & INFLAMMATIONS

Infections may be localised, for example, in the liver or throat, or generalized, as infectious diseases (including venereal diseases). They may be acute with sudden strong inflammations and fever, or they may be chronic and long lasting. Colds occur only if there is mucus congestion, and they are beneficial for removing excess mucus. Accelerate recovery by actively expelling mucus from lungs and headspaces. Colds can be avoided by using a diet that does not cause mucus congestion or by voluntarily expelling mucus - see ‘Mucus Problems’. Always do Intestinal Sanitation and systemic anti-microbial therapy. Intestinal Sanitation and systemic anti-microbial therapy.

DIET: During acute conditions, only fresh-vegetable juices, possibly also vegetable broths and strained rice water; if the body is not overly sensitive, fruits are good as well. Later, in addition, easily digestible, high-quality food, such as sprouts, raw egg-yolk, vegetable salads and cooked vegetables, rice and bananas. Select food with a favourable Calcium/Phosphorus Ratio. Avoid gluten products as well as sweetened, processed, microwaved and genetically engineered food, also any food to which you are allergic or sensitive.

SUPPLEMENTS: In acute conditions bowel-tolerance vitamin C with sodium ascorbate may be used. Professionally, a 3 per cent solution of sodium ascorbate may be injected intravenously. However, I prefer a lower vitamin C dose combined with magnesium chloride up to bowel tolerance levels - see ‘Magnesium Chloride’. Vitamin A is especially good with respiratory infections. Zinc is most effective as zinc sulphate lozenges. Other helpful remedies are vitamin E, propolis, and manganese. For improving the immune system: pantothenic acid, folic acid, vitamin B6, sometimes organic iron, selenium, chromium, acidophilus culture, freeze-dried thymus. Also useful are Copper Salicylate and Schweitzer Formula.

Virus infections generally clear up with a high intake of antioxidants in addition to selenium and zinc. Take 5 x 2 g of sodium ascorbate, 3 x 15 - 20 mg of zinc, 200 mcg of selenium, up to 3 x 2 g of L-lysine and up to 3 x 200 mg of alpha-lipoic acid [thioctic acid, may require extra biotin]. In addition 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil (emulsified with lecithin and juice), also other omega-3 fatty acids and a variety of other antioxidants, such as grape seed extract, Microhydrin or strong electrolytic reduced water, with hepatitis also silymarin.

A saturated solution of potassium iodide (SSKI) is an all-round anti-microbial. As a precaution when travelling take about 10 drops in a small glass of water and temporarily more with an acute infection. Caution: High amounts for more than a few weeks can suppress thyroid functions.

Bladder infections: Take the simple sugar D-mannose, half to one teaspoon in water every 2 to 3 hours; this eliminates 90 of infections within a few days. If it does not help then take 15 drops of SSKI (see previous paragraph) in a lot of fluids every 3 to 4 hours for up to several days.

Herbs: pau d'arco, prickly ash, golden seal, mullein, borage, marigold, chamomile, echinacea, elder flowers, peppermint and especially wormwood. Also have a course of the Hulda Clark herbal parasite cure with wormwood, clove and green hulls of black walnut. Aromatic oils: infections - borneol, lemon, clove, lavender, mint; infectious diseases - borneol, eucalyptus, clove, lavender, thyme.

ANTIBIOTICS: The main reason for destructive fungus invasion is antibiotic therapy. Candida albicans is commonly present in almost everyone but is kept under control by beneficial bacteria. If these bacteria are killed by antibiotics, fungi have the opportunity to spread and will seriously weaken the immune system, thereby contributing greatly to the development of the various immune-deficiency diseases (including cancer).

Other disadvantages of antibiotic therapy are B-vitamin and vitamin-K deficiencies and malabsorption, all caused by the destruction of intestinal flora. In addition, allergic reactions to the antibiotics may occur or boils may develop as a cleansing reaction weeks or months later. For these reasons, antibiotics should be used only when serious infections cannot be controlled by natural therapy. Antibiotic therapy should be accompanied by full vitamin and mineral supplementation, a predominantly raw food diet, including bacterial cultures and garlic (to control fungi).

COCONUT: The medium-chain saturated fatty acids in coconut oil are potent antimicrobial agents, effective against fungi, viruses and many bacteria. The most effective fatty acids are caprylic acid (with 8 carbon atoms), capric acid (10 carbon atoms) and lauric acid (12 carbon). They appear to work by causing microbial cell walls to disintegrate. Coconut oil appears to be effective within days. Start taking 4 tablespoons of coconut oil spread out during the day, and after improvement you may reduce this to 2 tablespoons for several more weeks.

Better than cheap commercial coconut oil is cold-pressed or virgin coconut oil. However, even this is heat-stabilised to destroy lipase. More effective is self-made raw coconut cream or milk: press coconut pieces through a low-speed juicer, or alternatively blend with water, strain and refrigerate. For topical applications and for those with fat malabsorption the lipase-rich coconut milk can be expected to be much more effective than heated coconut oil with only a very low concentration of free fatty acids. Alternatively, you may use lipase supplements with coconut oil.

FEVER: A great help in fighting infections by killing heat intolerant germs and strengthening the immune response. Keep it up with hot baths, hot teas and sweating. Very high temperatures may be reduced with cold packs around the calves, white willow bark and systemic purple colour therapy.

PROPOLIS: An excellent natural antibiotic from the beehive. For good results it should be applied directly to the site of the infection whenever possible. For a sore throat, for example, keep some propolis powder constantly in the mouth (between gum and cheek), gargle with propolis solution; apply it to a sore tooth; for sinus problems, sniff it up the nose; for earache, put it in the ear; for skin infections, apply it directly to the skin; for internal infections, of course, you have to swallow it. Some people are allergic to propolis. You may make your own propolis tincture: freeze-dry raw propolis (from a beehive), pulverise and keep it in alcohol for one to two weeks exposed to the sun; shake frequently.

THYMUS: This is the key gland of our immune system. Most strengthening for the thymus gland are propolis and manganese, as well as freeze-dried thymus. To strengthen the thymus, frequently tap with the fingers at the upper end of the breastbone and trace the conception meridian in the correct flow direction. Maintain a good posture and walk with long strides and swinging arms. Lemon (yellow-green) colour therapy on upper breastbone

COPPER SULPHATE (BLUESTONE, available from gardening suppliers): This has strong antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Collect any discharge from an infected or inflamed organ or wound in a medium-strong solution of bluestone and keep it there for several days. This may be phlegm, pus, bloodstained bandage, vaginal or nasal discharge or urine (in bladder or kidney infections). This will promote healing and can also be used with an extracted tooth or any severed part of the body. This method works on the same principles as radionics and telepathy with a two-way exchange of information energy between the body and any separated part.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Highly recommended are a Beck-type zapper with colloidal silver maker and magnetic Pulser, more information on this later in this chapter. You may also use overheating bath (with Epsom salts) followed by sweating; hot footbaths with mustard powder or cayenne and cold packs on abdomen and around calves. For colds or 'flu', hands and lower arms immersed in hot water for 30 minutes, keep the water hot; in addition you may chill the underside of the big toes with freezer ice dipped in salt. Generally, blue lighting on site of infection, blue-radiated water, topically south pole of a strong magnet, reflexology and ear needling of the corresponding reflex point. Auto-therapy.

Epsom-salt purges, sweating, induce vomiting, colonics. Packs of cabbage leaves or Epsom salts on localized infected or inflamed areas. Autosuggestion and visualization, right-brain exercises: tell your immune system to produce plenty of efficient B-cells and T-cells. Remove excess energy - energy healing, see also 'Mucus Problems'

INSOMNIA

DIET: Early, light evening meals, animal proteins sparingly; minimize sweet foods, salt, alcohol, caffeine and other stimulants in the afternoon or evening. Allergy testing.

SUPPLEMENTS: Vitamins B6 and C; nicotinamide (1 g at bedtime), especially if experiencing difficulty returning to sleep after awakening; inositol; lecithin; 1 teaspoon of milk of magnesia or magnesium chloride at bedtime. Keep a tablet of magnesium orotate in the mouth when sleepless. L-tryptophane (an amino acid) 500 mg. Herbs: passiflora, valerian, thyme; hops in a muslin bag on the chest or pillow.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Try a hot relaxing bath, possibly with Epsom salts, before bedtime or a cold pack on the abdomen when trying to fall asleep. The body temperature needs to drop during sleep; therefore use relatively light covers and keep the bedroom cool (but not cold). Sleep with the head in a north or north-easterly direction; use blue sheets, bed covers, curtains and pyjamas; blue, violet or purple systemic lighting at bedtime; unplug electric cords; remove drugs and chemicals from bedroom. Expose yourself to bright light soon after rising (best sunshine), but minimize bright light (including bright TV and computer screens) in the evening.

Frequent bowel movements, possibly colonics to keep the bowels clean; regular sleep autosuggestions when going to bed, relaxation exercises. Visualize a peaceful scene. Eight-two breathing or inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Repeatedly take three deep breaths, then hold the breath as long as possible; finally continue with slow, shallow breathing to retain more carbon dioxide. Most effective is plenty of outdoor activity without glasses. Try a long slow walk in the late afternoon or early evening, alternatively other restful activity - listen to soft music, meditate. Do not read anything interesting, no other absorbing mental activity or exciting movies

If you like to experiment, try the 'Eeman screens': place metal screens (approximately 16 x 10 ") underneath your head and the base of the spine. Connect the head screen with an electric wire to a piece of metal pipe held in the left hand, and the buttock screen in the same way to the right hand. Use the screens for 10-30 minutes at bedtime, lying on your back with the ankles crossed. The screens may be enclosed in a pillowcase. Balancing body polarities in this way is generally conducive to increased tranquillity and better meditation.

KIDNEY PROBLEMS

Diet low in protein, salt, food additives and drugs, allergy testing, low allergy and blood group diet. Use predominantly raw foods with plenty of sprouted seeds and fresh (mainly green) vegetable juices, ground linseed, fish oils, watermelon fast. For kidney stones use lemon juice and grapefruit, ascorbic acid, vitamin B6, magnesium and zinc, restrict calcium. Useful herbs are buchu, corn silk, dandelion, and uva ursi; as diuretics try juniper berries, elderberries or peach leaves. Colonics with water low in minerals delays need for dialysis. Generally have a high fluid intake, about 3 litres of low-mineral water. Most effective in serious conditions is urine therapy; see the articles on Urine and Urea Therapy and on Kidney Disease.

My favorite to re-activate kidney functions is to drink, slowly and spaced out, about 3 litres of high-quality water (no chlorine or fluoride) before breakfast. To each litre add up to a cupful of fresh urine and the content of one capsule of Microhydrin or Microhydrin Plus. If already on dialysis then use distilled or de-ionized water with these additions and increase the volume of drinking water more slowly to match the output of urine. Instead of Microhydrin you may also use strong reduced ionized water (ERW). While the addition of Microhydin or ERW is not essential, they provide strong antioxidant activity that helps to regenerate kidney functions. Energize drinking water and other liquids by pouring through a small funnel in a way that creates a vortex, apply the south pole of a strong magnet to the lower end of the funnel.

LIVER & GALL-BLADDER PROBLEMS

Detoxify with the Basic Cleanse, then from time to time, say once a month, repeat the first part of it: 3 days on apples only, in the evening activate the liver with a castor oil pack, at bedtime take half a cup of olive oil with lecithin and next morning a glass of warm water with a tablespoon of Epsom salts. This removes gallstones and cholesterol deposits from the liver and gall bladder.

Minimize exposure to chemicals and drugs and sanitize the intestines. Helpful nutrients are lecithin, antioxidants (including10 g of vitamin C, lipoic acid and Microhydrin), B-vitamins, especially B6 and B12, magnesium, MSM, selenium, silymarin and zinc. L-cysteine and Kyolic aged garlic help to detoxify. Stimulate the liver with bitter teas, use half a cupful after meals or take in capsules: centaury, dandelion, devil’s claw, gentian, golden seal, and rosemary.

With persisting problems continue with the castor oil packs. Jaundice may be caused by drugs and chemicals, liver infection, gall-duct blockage and increased destruction of red blood cells (protect with high amounts of vitamin E). Try to remove the cause of the jaundice, also treat systemically with blue colour therapy.

MALABSORPTION

Malabsorption of food is frequently associated with chronic degenerative diseases, debility and underweight or difficulty in gaining weight. Often this is indicated by floating, bulky, pale and smelly stools and excessive wind. Common causes and solutions are as follows:

Gluten allergy - avoid gluten.

Deficiency of gastric acid, pancreatin, bile or sodium bicarbonate - take appropriate supplements, reduce fats, use extra virgin olive oil instead, improve the corresponding organs.

Mucous coating of the intestinal walls (people with whitish irises or mucus problems) - try one-month course of comfrey-pepsin and suitable herbs; see 'Mucus Problems.'

Overgrowth of bacteria or fungi in the small intestine - use isotonic garlic flush followed by acidophilus and bifido cultures.

Worms or other parasites - three-day raw food diet, mainly raw cabbage and lettuce, also carrots, at other times three-day apple diet. Teas of chamomile, sage, vervain, and combination cure with wormwood, cloves and walnut. Use pumpkin seeds or pumpkin seed oil. Yellow colour therapy on abdomen.

Tapeworm - try three-day water fast followed by castor oil; alternatively urine fast, oil of turpentine (vegetable) with castor oil (overdose is dangerous, use only under competent supervision). Folk remedy: three-day water fast, then sit on a bowl of warm milk, wait and grab the head of the tapeworm when it comes out to feed!

GENERAL RULES: Eat small meals of easily digestible foods, for example, sourdough bread instead of yeast-baked bread. Use pollen, spirulina or chlorella, and possibly amino acid and nucleic acid supplements if you are debilitated. The amino acid glutamine helps to improve the intestinal wall. Chew all your food extremely carefully, and keep it in the mouth as long as possible, paying attention to the developing flavours of each mouthful. Frequently rub the body with cod-liver or halibut liver oil, extra virgin olive oil and vitamin E oil. Preferably emulsify oils before ingestion (extra virgin linseed oil, cod liver oil) by shaking them in a jar with the addition of lecithin and some juice.

Chew all suitable supplements and keep them under the tongue, especially those difficult to absorb or with hormones that may be destroyed in the stomach, such as freeze dried liver, halibut liver oil. In this way B12 can be absorbed in therapeutic quantities even if the usually necessary 'intrinsic factor' is missing in the stomach. Most tablets may also be crushed, and capsules opened and mixed with meals, use vitamin E in natural form as tablets, not oil-filled capsules. In difficult situations nutrients can be absorbed from grass juice enemas through the large intestine.

MENSTRUAL PROBLEMS

Diet low in sweet food, cereals, grains, (heated) fat and salt. Vegetarian cleansing diet, especially in the case of heavy period and difficult menopause, mainly sprouted seeds, vegetable salads and grass juice. Generally use a raw food diet high in bioflavonoids and carotenoids as from colored foods, especially yellow, orange, red and purple. For heavy bleeding try black cherries (best), black or purple grapes, blackberries, blueberries, beetroot and juices of these.

SUPPLEMENTS: Spirulina and pollen before or with most meals; B-complex vitamins, especially B6 and folic acid, rutin and bioflavonoids; vitamin E 1000-2000 IU and selenium-methionine, especially if breasts are tender, and for menopausal hot flushes. Calcium supplements if there is excessive bleeding and fatigue, magnesium for tension and irritability, zinc, manganese, Royal Jelly, evening-primrose oil, vitamins A, C and organic iron. With menstrual clotting more vitamin K is needed, use plenty of dark green vegetables, possibly injections of 15 mg of vitamin K1 or K2 (K3 is synthetic); as an alternative to injections try absorbing it under the tongue.

Fibrocystic breast disease and ovarian cysts often disappear with 6 to 8 drops of saturated solution of potassium iodide (SSKI) taken daily in some water for 2 to 3 months. Prolonged use can inhibit thyroid functions, see Thyroid Problems.

Herbs: Menopause - chamomile, hawthorn, sage. Excessive bleeding - bayberry bark, red raspberry, shepherd's purse, witch hazel. Suppressed menstruation - chamomile, catnip, fennel, pennyroyal, and peppermint. Generally - motherwort, dong quai, raspberry shoots. St John's wort for depression, black cohosh and vitex agnus castes for period pain and PMT. Maca is most important for all conditions, even helps after hysterectomy and better than HRT; also good for age-related decline in sexual functions.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Hot sitz bath, sitting on north pole of a strong magnet. Foot reflex areas on heels; tracing circulation and conception meridians. Blue lighting to reduce bleeding, orange lighting to increase it. Castor oil packs on lower abdomen and lower back, sometimes Epsom-salt packs; pressure therapy and manipulation and adjustment of lower back. Spinal tapping of lumbar vertebrae, colonics, ear needling of uterus and ovaries.

VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION - Thrush, caused by the fungus Candida albicans. B vitamins, especially B2. Use antifungal douche, e.g. olive leaf tea, 1% hydrogen peroxide, strongly diluted garlic juice, sage and/or juniper-berry tea with the addition of several drops of tea-tree oil (shake well before use). After douching, apply some unpasteurised yoghurt, yoghurt culture or acidophilus culture.

In addition, have several colonics with the same teas and tea-tree oil (to prevent vaginal reinfection from the bowel, but add baking soda instead of acids; preferably use fungicidal treatment internally as well, see Candida.

MUCUS PROBLEMS

These include most respiratory diseases, recurring colds, hay fever, coughs, sinusitis, running nose, throat infections and many ear problems. However, there may also be mucus covering the small intestine, causing malabsorption and - the worst mucus-related disease - cystic fibrosis. Generally, pathological mucus results either from a lactose/galactose overload or from irritated mucus membranes. Such irritation may be due to food, such as gluten or to food allergy or chemical sensitivity; it may result from persistent inhalation of irritants or from chronic microbial or parasitic infestations but also from infections or inflammations in the jawbone. Try to find and eliminate the cause.

DIET: Minimize sweet food, fenugreek is good. Fruits may be used according to your sensitivity; however, oranges frequently aggravate respiratory problems. The main mucus-forming foods are lactose (skim milk or whey powder); milk products in general according to their lactose content; beer; gluten, mainly of wheat (to a lesser extent also rye, oats, barley, buckwheat); egg white; also moulds and fungi or any food to which you are allergic.

Initially avoid all mucus-forming foods. After your mucus has cleared, introduce and observe each of the mucus-forming foods or food groups separately for several weeks. Some foods are mucus forming even in small amounts while others may be tolerated up to a certain level. However, the mucus-forming potential of different foods may be cumulative.

SUPPLEMENTS: Manganese (150-300 mg of chelate), zinc and vitamins A, B, C, E (natural tablets 1000-2000 mg). When intestinal mucus coating is suspected, as in the case of cystic fibrosis, repeated one-month courses of comfrey-pepsin. Also for cystic fibrosis, high-dosage vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, biotin, magnesium, cod-liver oil as rubs and internally; evening-primrose oil (try to absorb through mouth tissue), pancreatin and acidophilus/ bifido culture.

Herbs for inflamed or infected mucous membranes - golden seal, marshmallow, sarsaparilla, thyme, yarrow (strengthening). Expectorants (to expel mucus) - coltsfoot, garlic, horehound, lungwort, mullein, nettles, vervain, violet.

Aromatic Oils: inhale for sinusitis - cinnamon, lemon, eucalyptus, lavender1 pine, rosemary, and thyme. Gargle for sore throat -lemon, geranium, hyssop, sage, and thyme. Also take internally to disinfect the intestines. As a general-purpose antiseptic you may use tea-tree oil or eucalyptus oil.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: For nose and sinus problems or hay fever, frequently draw seawater, diluted with about 3 parts warm water, through the nostrils, one at a time, and spit the water out. If seawater is not available, dissolve a level teaspoon of sea salt in about 600 ml of water, preferably adding a small amount of Epsom salts. For acute conditions, sniff up a tea of the indicated herbs, preferably adding propolis solution. Castor oil packs over the sinuses. Head and neck exercise. For clearing mucus from head spaces (for example, sinuses), kneel with the head to the floor and make loud snoring and snorting noises at the back of the nose. Spit out mucus, continue tor 10 minutes, and then repeat. Have any dead teeth removed.

For throat problems, gargle with the indicated herb teas, adding propolis in the case of infections; castor-oil packs and blue lighting on throat, for chronic conditions plenty of singing and vocal therapy. Generally, strengthen the intestines, colonics. Edgar Cayce recommended wearing a piece of carbon steel, preferably in the groin pocket, to improve the mucous membranes of the nose and throat, and to resist colds and congestion. Systemic lemon (yellow-green) colour therapy to loosen and expel phlegm, concentrated on chest and upper back.

The Sugar Cure: Keep a teaspoon of fine sugar in the mouth until it is dissolved, then spit out and take another teaspoonful. Continue with this for one or two hours and repeat on subsequent days or weeks as required. The sugar draws mucus combined with lymph fluid from the lymph glands and so gradually clears the headspaces.

Neti: A yoga method to rinse the sinuses. Either use a coffee or teapot with a fine snout, or an enema bag filled with mildly warm and salty water. Bend over a sink with the head turned to the side; insert the enema hose or the snout of the neti pot into the upper nostril and let the water flow out. It will rinse out the sinuses and flow out from the lower nostril. After half the water is used up, turn the head and let the water flow into the other nostril. Finally you close one nostril at a time, and strongly blow out air to expel any water remaining in the sinuses.

MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

DIET: Plenty of seafood and especially broth of fish heads, some lean white meat and liver, calf brain (for its myelin content), raw egg yolk (after testing); sunflower kernels, almonds, plenty of sprouts (no gluten grains); brown rice, millet, maize, potato peelings, freshly ground linseed; plenty of vegetables growing below the ground, especially carrots, beetroot, but also beet tops; fresh juices of these vegetables as well as plenty of grass juice. Raw vegetables often with added gelatine. Cooked lentils and beans, especially broad beans, plenty of tomatoes. Allergy testing, follow the blood group diet. Fresh fruits, cold-pressed sunflower oil, cayenne.

Try to obtain organically grown food; small meals. Avoid hydrogenated and heated fats, cows’ milk products (however raw butter should be fine), gluten products, egg white, smoked, cured and processed meat, peanuts and nuts, sweet foods, tinned or frozen fruits and vegetables, food chemicals, especially colourings and aspartame, salt. Diet strictly low fat but high in essential lipids (e.g. omega-3 fatty acids, fat-soluble vitamins, lecithin).

SUPPLEMENTS: High doses of all vitamins, especially C (10-20 g), E (2000 IU water-miscible or tablets, best mixed tocopherols), B1, B6, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, biotin, choline and inositol, B12 injections, grape seed extract. Magnesium, best as chloride; zinc, copper salicylate, chromium, iodine, selenium. Lecithin (1 teaspoon or 2 capsules) with each meal, hydrochloric acid supplement with protein or main meals, kelp, propolis, evening-primrose or borage oil (chew the capsules); glycine (an amino acid, if available 4 x10 g, otherwise gelatine, not needed if broth of fish heads is used). Use plenty of vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids, preferably from cod liver oil (1 tbsp or more), otherwise halibut oil and Max EPA. Very helpful Calcium EAP (from Dr Koehler Chemie).

Kyolic aged garlic, acidophilus or bifido culture; L-cysteine and tyrosine (amino acids), freeze dried liver, pollen. Tryptophan and melatonin might be useful. Herbs especially with anti-inflammatory properties: golden seal, slippery elm powder, ginger, also devil's claw, ginseng, gotu kola, oregano, pau d'arco, sage, tarragon; gingko biloba for mental fatigue. Suitable Bach flower remedies. Digestive enzymes (pancreatin or proteases, lipase). Parasite therapy, see also ‘Intestinal Sanitation’.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Electronic zapper with colloidal silver maker and magnetic pulser. Spinal massage, tapping and adjustment; rub the spine with oils of basil and lavender in sunflower oil. Meridian therapy especially along the spine and lower back (bladder and governing meridians), as well as along weak limbs. Deep muscle massage. Frequent muscle tensing with deep breathing, mind-body exercises, visualisation and autosuggestion, release resentments, and meditate on the feeling of love and being forceful. Frequent castor-oil packs on abdomen and lower back, colonics. Concentrate on improving liver and gallbladder, kidney and bladder and the endocrine glands, especially pressing foot reflex of the pineal gland. Frequent rest periods, avoid stress; guard especially against lead intake (for example, tinned food, water pipes, car-exhaust fumes). Lemon colour therapy systemically. Remove any dead teeth, replace amalgam fillings. Feel and circulate energies, see ‘The Love Cure’.

MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY

DIET: Raw proteins and fats, especially plenty of raw (organic) minced meat (see Recipes), fresh vegetable juices.

SUPPLEMENTS: High levels of all vitamins and minerals; in particular vitamin E in easily absorbed form, 200-500 mg, including mixed tocopherols, with each meal; coenzyme Q10 3x100 mg, often cod liver oil emulsified in juice with lecithin and lipase, lecithin and digestive enzymes with meals, especially lipase. 200-400 mcg of organic selenium, or more of sodium selenite; high-quality nutritional concentrates such as spirulina and bee-pollen.

ADDITIONAL THERAPIES: Daily skin rubs with cod liver oil or halibut liver oil and vitamin E oil (from capsules), mixed with raw coconut cream (or coconut oil with lipase) or with raw cream or raw butter. Intestinal sanitation, acupuncture or meridian therapy, reflexology, magnet therapy.

MYASTHENIA GRAVIS

DIET: Low allergy diet, select food according to blood group diet, include some beef as stew, broth or juice, liver. Diet low in sweet foods, fats and polyunsaturated oils, use mainly extra virgin olive oil. Carrots, beetroot and their juices, lots of gelatine (broth of fish heads), mainly belowground vegetables. Allergy testing, no egg white but raw egg yolk, sprouted seeds, grass juice.

SUPPLEMENTS: High doses of all vitamins with 2000 IU (tablets or water-miscible), folic acid, rutin, B12 injections. Most important manganese: Initially 300 mg of chelated manganese with each meal, reduce after improvement; also zinc, selenium. Calcium ascorbate (5-10 g) and calcium orotate (800 mg); test magnesium orotate 400 mg (too much magnesium is weakening). Thymus extract, octacosanol, lecithin, digestive enzymes (pancreatin) or green pawpaw; glycine or gelatine. Acidophilus and bifido culture.

Herbs for muscle strengthening - agrimony, juniper berries, rosemary, also devil's claw and tonifying herbs.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Concentrate on the thymus glands, with cabbage leaf and castor oil packs, tap the top of the breastbone, trace conception and gland meridians as well as weak limbs; see 'Thymus' under 'Infections and Inflammations'. Tape a tablet of chelated manganese in the hollow at the top of the breastbone. Ear needling for thymus (between thyroid and breast reflexes), Spinal tapping, especially C7 and D1. Remove any dead teeth and replace amalgam fillings.

Castor oil packs over liver and abdomen, and over the eyes (from ear to ear) in cases of eye weakness. Intestinal sanitation, massage. Frequent muscle tensing with deep breathing, mind-body exercises, autosuggestion and visualisation methods, meditate on being calm but forceful. Frequent rest periods, avoid stress, keep cool; no hot baths, hot showers or hot foods. Yellow colour therapy systemically. See also the article on Myasthenia Gravis in this section.

OBESITY & OVERWEIGHT

The main cause of excessive weight gain is a diet low in fat and high in processed carbohydrates, in particular sweeteners and cereal or grain products. Experiment with a combination of the following possibilities.

1. Have an appetite-reducing protein-drink, cold or warm, 30 minutes before meals with any combination of the following ingredients and in any amount that suits you: spirulina powder or chlorella, food yeast (optional), ground linseed, linseed oil or olive oil. You may also use this repeatedly during the day to keep hunger away for hours.

2. 30 minutes before meals stir 1 teaspoon of psyllium hulls in a glass of water, drink immediately. If necessary double the amount to 2 teaspoons in a large glass of water. Drink some more water afterwards. Psyllium swells up 40-fold to fill the stomach with a soft gel.

3. Eat only brown rice, lentils, green vegetables and sprouted seeds in addition to the above. You may also experiment with combinations of different non-wheat whole grains and legumes. This is most suitable for vegetarians, with blood group O only as a cleansing diet.

4. Adopt a mono-diet: one day eat protein foods only, the next day fruits and the third day sprouted seeds and vegetable salads. Repeat as often as required.

5. Adopt a cleansing raw-food diet with mainly vegetables and vegetable and grass juice, sprouts and fruits, nuts and oily seeds, possibly raw beaten egg and marinated fish. Sensitive individuals should neutralize fruit acids with dolomite.

6. For two weeks, eat only protein and fat foods and green vegetables with less than 40 g of carbohydrates per day (ground linseed is the best protein/fat food).

7. Repeated periods on vegetable and grass juices in addition to vegetable salads.

8. Avoid all sweet food, including soft drinks and breakfast cereals, it stimulates the appetite and the synthesis of fat. In particular keep fructose-containing foods away from starchy foods and eat fresh fruits separately. While the herbal sweetener Stevia is acceptable, it is preferable to overcome the craving for sweetened food.

9. Avoid all cereal or grain products, this is especially helpful with blood group O.

10. Use a diet high in unheated fats and oils such as extra virgin olive oil. Linseed oil, fish oils and coconut oil do not seem to lead to weight gain even if used in large amounts.

11. Preferably skip the evening meal or have just a small salad or an apple.

12. Have some light daily exercise, such as a 15-minute brisk walk or jogging or use a rebounder or other aerobic exercise. The metabolic rate is speeded up for a long time after exercise.

13. Use a low-allergy diet combined with the blood group diet.

14. Use mind therapy, such as guided imagery and affirmation, also look at your belief systems, release negative emotions and express your emotional needs. Use the Emotional Freedom therapy in Mind Tools to overcome food cravings.

15. Eat very slowly and peacefully, chew every mouthful for about 2 minutes until it is liquefied, savor the food flavors as they develop during chewing.

OSTEOPOROSIS

Use allergy testing and diet low in sucrose, acidity and phosphorus, select foods with a high calcium to phosphorus ratio, alternatively neutralize fruit acids or vinegar with dolomite or egg shell powder. Alkalize the body if overacid. Take a hydrochloric acid supplement if fingernails are soft or with other indications of gastric acid deficiency. Frequently add broth of bones or fish heads to meals; regularly drink grass and vegetable juice.

The most important vitamins and minerals are vitamins C and D (cod liver oil or halibut oil capsules), manganese, boron (50 mg of borax), zinc, calcium and magnesium. 50 mg of borax contain 6 mg of boron. To measure this amount, dissolve one level teaspoon of borax in one litre/quart of water and take a teaspoonful twice daily with meals. Frequently expose your skin to mild sunlight without using sunscreens. Also vitamin K is important and available from dark-green vegetables.

PARASITES

Parasite infestations combine with fungi, such as Candida, to greatly undermine our long-term health. Examples of common parasites are intestinal worms and protozoa. Malaria and Giardia are protozoa. Most of these parasites can be eliminated with wormwood (Arthemesia absinthium), best combined with other herbs. In animal husbandry a high level of copper supplementation has been successfully used to eliminate parasites, including flukes in the liver and keep animals free of parasites.

In her book, The Cure for all Cancers Hulda Clark claims that the human intestinal fluke is involved with all cases of cancer, AIDS and other diseases, especially when it lodges in the liver. Many individuals claim that eliminating parasites with the 3 recommended remedies, tincture of black walnut hulls, wormwood and ground cloves, has greatly helped them. In addition, one should avoid propyl alcohol, propanol or isopropanol as in cold cereals, cosmetics, shampoo, lotions, sprays and shaving supplies.

The cloves should be freshly ground; you may order 200g in addition to 100g of wormwood. In a modified program I recommend taking 4 drops of Black Walnut 4 x in liquid during the first day. If this is alright, take 4 x 8 drops the next day, then 4 x 12 drops, 4 x 16 drops and on the 5th day 4 x 20 drops. Then continue taking 20 drops once a day for several weeks.

You may put the ground wormwood into empty gelatine capsules size 00. Start with 1 capsule before supper and increase by 1 capsule per day to 7 capsules on the 7th day and for 2 more days; then continue for several more weeks taking 7 capsules twice a week. Alternatively, you may take it just with a spoon and wash it down; 1-heaped teaspoon is equivalent to about 7 capsules.

With cloves you take 1 capsule 3 x before meals on the 1st day, 3 x 2 capsules on the 2nd day and after that 3 x 3 capsules until day 10. Finally take 3 capsules only once a day for several weeks.

If you want to take ground cloves directly on a teaspoon use half a level teaspoon instead of 3 capsules, washed down with plenty of liquid. If you have a sensitive stomach proceed much more slowly increasing either one of these remedies. You may repeat this or a similar program twice a year to prevent re-infection. There are now tinctures available that contain all three ingredients in one convenient preparation.

During any parasite or Candida cure have a high intake of water or diluted liquids to flush out toxic residues. In addition to or instead of any herbal remedies an electronic zapper and magnetic pulser are recommended.

PAIN

Pain is a warning signal to indicate that something is wrong. Therefore it is most important to search for and correct the basic cause. The following measures are secondary to this. See also ‘Infection & Inflammations’ in this chapter if the pain is due to these conditions.

DIET: Low-allergy or hypoglycaemia diet, light meals, plenty of raw vegetables and their juices, cleansing periods. Avoid sweet foods, acids and dairy products (lactose); allergy testing. Commonly pain disappears on a raw-food diet.

SUPPLEMENTS: Generally, a high-calcium/magnesium level and alkalinity raise the pain threshold (the level at which pain is felt), while acids, potassium (except as orotate) and sodium lower it. Therefore, alkalise the body, see The Acid-Alkaline Balance’ later in this chapter. Vitamins A, B1, B6, C and E can be helpful. Vitamin B12 injections for nerve pains; vitamin D, L-phenylalanine, manganese and zinc. Propolis or oil of cloves or wintergreen topically. Herbs: white willow bark, cloves, wintergreen, and pansy.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY Topically south pole of a magnet, blue lighting on painful area, cold or ice packs, Epsom-salt packs to relax tense muscles, add a handful of sodium bicarbonate to the bath water to alkalise the body. Meridian tracement (against the flow) with south pole of a magnet, press foot reflexes and ear needling of affected area as well as shenmen. Energy healing and orgone suction pipe to remove excess energy; rhythmic breathing, meditation and relaxation exercises, autogenic training, visualising blue energy extinguishing the red fireball of pain, autosuggestion. Concentrate on feeling the pain, its strength, its extent, its rhythm and other characteristics. If you pay enough attention to your pain for a long period, it may simply disappear. Also ask the pain what message it has for you. Try to feel its message.

You may also try the following form of energy healing:

Firmly but without pressure touch the flesh in the indicated places with the tips of the thumb and the first two fingers of the right hand. Hold for about three minutes or until the patient feels tingling in his/her own fingertips. Concentrate your mind on the painful body area with the intention of relieving the condition.

For pain in head and neck, hold fingertips just behind and beneath the left ear, on a line with the mouth.
For pains in chest, arms, and upper back: fingertips to base of neck on left side of spine.
Pain in abdomen, back, sides, and hips: fingertips to left side of spine between shoulder blades.
Pain in legs and feet: hold left side near centre of spine

PARKINSONS DISEASE

DIET: Seafood, raw egg yolk, lactic-acid-fermented food. Minimum of cooked food, but plenty of sprouted seeds and raw vegetables (finely grated, often with gelatine): green beans, carrots, beetroot and beet tops, cabbage, green peas (fresh, not canned or frozen), salsify, spinach. If vegetables are cooked, use the cooking water. Use organically grown foods if possible. Avoid or minimise problem foods, especially gluten and cows' milk products, salt, meat, fatty food, margarine, polyunsaturated and heated oils, food additives, including aspartame. Allergy testing. Avoid exposure to aluminium and heavy metals, especially copper, lead, mercury, and iron. Fresh-vegetable juices with plenty of grass juice before meals; frequent cleanses on such juice, possibly also on fruits. Use food appropriate for your blood group and metabolic type.

SUPPLEMENTS: High doses of all vitamins, especially antioxidants and B1, B6 (not together with levodopa), B12 injections, natural E 1000 IU as tablets. Vitamin C: about 10 g of ascorbic acid per day, partly neutralized with magnesium oxide or carbonate and potassium bicarbonate. In all close to 1000 mg of magnesium. Selenium, zinc as chelate and orotate, chromium and manganese (300 mg of chelate), all in divided doses. Digestive enzymes, pycnogenol or grape seed extract, lecithin, fish oil and ground linseed, evening-primrose oil, kelp, MSM, pollen, spirulina, royal jelly, glutamine tyrosine, acidophilus and bifido culture. Herbs: combination of fo-ti-tieng, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, gotu kola, licorice, pau d'arco, sage, and skullcap.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Strengthening of all organs and glands with all the methods described in this book. Spinal tapping, spinal corrections, rejuvenation exercises, tensing and breathing exercises, body-mind exercises. Regression to discover and release hidden fear, imagine reacting appropriately in situations of panic, emotional-release and mind-control methods. Intentional exaggerated shaking exercises with vigorous breathing. Remove any dead teeth, replace amalgam fillings. Withdraw levodopa every evening and re-introduce as late as possible the next morning. See ‘The Love Cure’ and learn to lead energy up the spine. See also the article on Parkinson's Disease in this section.

PROSTATE PROBLEMS

DIET: Mainly raw food diet based on sprouted legumes, vegetable salads, fresh fruit and plenty of fresh vegetable and grass juice. Also raw egg yolk, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Avoid sweet food, gluten and animal milk products.

SUPPLEMENTS: Vitamins A (cod liver oil or halibut liver oil capsules), E (preferably including gamma tocopherol), C, B6; magnesium (1000 mg), best as magnesium chloride and magnesium ascorbate, selenium, zinc (30 - 50 mg in divided doses); bioflavonoids, quercetin, kelp, protein-digesting enzymes, plenty of bee-pollen, try copper salicylate. Herbs: Epilobium parviflorum (small leafed willow), saw palmetto, Pygeum africanum, stinging nettle/nettle extract.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Yoga exercises and walking; south pole of a magnet on prostate. Foot reflex and ear needling of prostate; tracing of circulation and conception meridians, tapping of lower spine; castor-oil and Epsom-salt packs on lower abdomen and lower spine. Have satisfying sexual activity or be satisfied with having no activity, see also my web article on ‘Sexuality’.

SCHIZOPHRENIA

The amount of histamine in the body may be used to distinguish between three biochemically different types of schizophrenia. However, many people classified as mentally disturbed are simply open to psychic influences (extrasensory perception) and most of all need guidance and 'grounding’. Commonly schizophrenic symptoms disappear during water fasts. These should be followed by allergy testing or a low allergy diet and intestinal sanitation.

1. The Low-histamine Type

The low-histamine type is the 'typical' schizophrenic, insensitive to pain and outside influences: infections and skin reactions are rare; calcium levels are high, pH tends towards the alkaline side. Sometimes a 'cerebral allergy' is present, causing a rapid pulse (90-100); thought processes are often overactive.

DIET: Mainly vegetarian raw food diet but reasonably high in protein; avoid gluten and milk products. Allergy testing. Long, supervised fast on fresh-vegetable juices. Use seafood, fish oils, linseed oil, ground linseed and plenty of acid fruit.

SUPPLEMENTS: High-potency B-complex vitamins, if available 5 mg of folic acid with each meal, inositol; enough niacin with meals to produce flushing, up to several grams, alternatively use niacinamide; vitamin-B12 injections.

10 g of ascorbic acid partly neutralised with potassium bicarbonate and magnesia; manganese, zinc, high-dosage evening-primrose oil and lecithin, glutamine, histidine, tryptophan, digestive enzymes (pancreatin); Bach flower remedies. Minimize copper intake.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Blue lighting during overactive periods; at other times try orange or red. Try to induce inflammation response, for example, blistering agents, overheating baths followed by sweating. Acidify the body.

2. The High-histamine Type

The high-histamine schizophrenic exhibits basically a hypoglycaemic personality, and is very susceptible to allergic reactions. The main symptoms include suicidal depressions, obsessive rumination, blank-mindedness, periods of over-arousal and thought disorders; frequent headaches and dizziness; blood pressure tends to be low, pH too acid; skin is sensitive and may show dilated blood vessels (rosy cheeks).

DIET: Strict hypoglycaemia diet - minimize sweet and acid food. Allergy testing, fast on grass and mainly green vegetable juices. SUPPLEMENTS: High doses of all vitamins and minerals, copper may be beneficial. Vitamin-B12 injections, nicotinamide up to 10 g, methionine, high doses of glutamine; no niacin, folic acid or lecithin; alkalise the body. For chronic depressions, tryptophan and tyrosine; if one supplement does not help, try the other.

3. Stress-induced Schizophrenia

People affected by stress-induced schizophrenia have a better insight into their condition and better response. In addition to the classic symptoms of schizophrenia, there are signs of zinc and vitamin-B6 deficiency: white spots on fingernails, loss of dream memory, sweetish breath odour, stretchmarks, inability to tan and sensitivity to sunlight, sometimes pain in the upper left abdomen, possibly tremors, spasms, amnesia, impotence, menstrual irregularity, amenia.

DIET: Hypoglycaemia diet, allergy testing. SUPPLEMENTS: Vitamin B6 up to 3 g in divided doses, up to 500 mg of chelated zinc with each meal (less as orotate), vitamin-B12 injections, high magnesium intake, other vitamins and minerals as for the high-histamine type. Bach flower remedies.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ALL TYPES: Sleep suggestions, exorcism in therapy-resistant cases, counselling by an experienced psychic; live with a caring group in a peaceful, natural environment; regression therapy, emotional-release therapy. Avoid heavy-metal contamination, especially of copper. Violet colour therapy systemically. Treat for chronic Candida infection. Use St John's wort during depression.

SCLERODERMA

Anti-microbial therapy: colloidal silver, oxygen therapy, herbal parasite cure, electronic zapper and magnetic pulser. External applications to affected skin areas as rubs, packs or immersions: tea tree oil, aloe vera gel, magnesium chloride, a solution of copper salicylate with MSM, blue light. Internal remedies: all antioxidants, bioflavonoids, copper salicylate, echinacea, magnesium chloride, pau d'arco, propolis, wormwood, zinc. Basic Cleanse, allergy testing and intestinal sanitation.

SKIN PROBLEMS

The three main causes of skin problems are: accumulations of wastes and toxins, allergies and a deficiency of essential nutrients.

DIET: Hypoglycaemia diet, freshly ground linseed, fish oils, apricot oil, almond oil, almonds, sunflower kernels, raw egg yolk (sulphur), raw cabbage, horseradish, sprouted seeds, fresh green vegetable and grass juice, raw onions, broth of fish heads to slow aging. Avoid saturated fats, margarine, peanut butter, all hydrogenated and fried foods, dairy products, gluten and sweet foods. Allergy testing, especially in the case of psoriasis and rashes. Prolonged fasts on green juices.

SUPPLEMENTS: Vitamins A, C, E (up to 2000 mg tablets or water-miscible). B2, B6, B12, PABA, bioflavonoids, biotin (500 mcg), glucosamine. Hydrochloric acid (if fingernails are soft), a spoonful of lecithin with meals. Thyroid extract, tyrosine and kelp or iodine as skin activator: it is cleansing but may cause temporary aggravation of symptoms, especially in the case of acne. Flush the skin once daily with niacin, start with 100 mg on an empty stomach, increase as required up to 500 mg to continue flushing, then have a rest period for a week or two. Increased magnesium, MSM, Evening-primrose oil (especially in the case of psoriasis), 400-500 mg of chelated zinc, 150-300 mg of chelated manganese. Sulphur, selenium and silicon (horsetail). Kyolic aged garlic, propolis. Intestinal sanitation.

Herbs (internal and external use): aloe vera, burdock (for psoriasis), calendula, chaparral, echinacea, golden seal, horsetail, pau d'arco, sarsaparilla, sassafras, St John's wort, vervain.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: If B-vitamin deficiencies are suspected use a paste of food yeast or bran on affected skin parts; concentrated B vitamins may be added as well, especially B2 and B6. Stimulate kidneys, lungs, circulation, small intestine (especially for psoriasis), liver, gall bladder and glands, especially the thyroid; lymph-drainage massage. Use only a minimum (infrequently) of an old-fashioned brand of soap, based on olive oil or almond oil, preferably neutralized (most are too alkaline). Avoid detergents and cosmetics.

Yellow lighting and measured amounts of sunshine on affected skin parts - especially helpful for acne. Frequent skin massage with peanut oil, almond oil and cod-liver oil, preferably with added vitamin E. Mind-control methods and visualisation, colour breathing through affected skin areas. Spinal therapy and adjustments, especially for acne and psoriasis (C3, D6, 7).

For acne, pustular areas may be scraped with glass, and a mixture of equal parts of camphorated oil, witch hazel and vitamin E oil rubbed into it. With severe acne a 0.05 per cent solution of vitamin A acid (retinoic acid) may be applied for about six weeks. It frequently causes redness and irritation at the beginning of the treatment. Avoid saturated fats and trans-fatty acids.

To draw boils, cover with a mixture of honey and cod-liver oil. Once they are broken, treat as described here. Internal cleansing is the main therapy for all of these problems.

With dry skin, especially if you have difficulty gaining weight, check for fat malabsorption, often due to gluten allergy; stools may be pale or clay-coloured. For dry skin, frequently rub with unheated milk cream or coconut cream or avocado with added vitamin E as well as cod liver oil or other fish oil, in addition to taking it internally (see also Malabsorption). For oily skin, use a pack of brewers' yeast and bran.

Eczema if wet is best kept dry, either exposed to air and sunshine or covered with powder of slippery elm, possibly including other powdered herbs. For healing, after infections have cleared, apply vitamin E, fresh green juice or fresh leaves, especially cabbage, comfrey-root powder.

Eczema – atopic: avoid gluten grains, cows’ milk products (except butter), if that does not help test other foods for allergy. For a week use crushed garlic drink in the morning followed an hour later by cultures of acidophilus or lactobacilli, more of this culture before all other meals for several weeks. Use fish oils (as cod liver oil, sardines, mackerel and other oily fish). Add some lecithin to all meals containing oil or fat. Supplements: zinc (30 mg) and vitamin B6 (50 - 100 mg), together with other B vitamins, evening primrose oil or borage oil, vitamin E (internally best as natural tablets, e.g. 400 mg). Externally on the eczema apply vitamin E in oil form and primrose or borage oil. Apply blue light, e.g. by frequently covering eczema areas with blue cellophane.

For fungus infections of the skin, use unheated coconut cream, hot, concentrated Epsom-salt solution or propolis solution; also apply or bathe in tea-tree oil or use other fungicidal herbs and oils. Frequent cleansing periods; regulate bowel movements and use colonics. Drink plenty of water and diluted green vegetable juices; use hot and cold showers, skin brushing to activate the skin - but not affected areas. Sweating after hot Epsom-salt bath.

Genital herpes and other viral skin infections respond well to topical (and internal) application of vitamin C, e.g. make a paste of ascorbic acid or calcium ascorbate or a mixture of both; you may also try sodium ascorbate. A topical C-paste has been found very effective in the treatment of herpes simplex and, to a lesser extent, in the treatment of some Kaposi's lesions. Shingles (Herpes Zoster) also responds to megavitamin C therapy. HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) can be treated very well (and very quickly) with topical vitamin C paste therapy. In addition use L-lysine 1g 3x daily. Also use unheated coconut cream (topically and internally) with all skin infections.

For itchy skin, rub skin with weak solution of sodium bicarbonate; apply extracts of borage, buckthorn bark, juniper berries, chickweed, marjoram, pennyroyal, plantain, poke root, witch hazel; also bathe with oatmeal or baking soda. Blue colour therapy; treat liver and gall bladder if jaundiced. Hot Epsom-salt bath; rub skin with tea-tree oil or witch hazel. Allergy testing, no sweets or acids.

Psoriasis: Avoid all gluten products including beer, allergy testing, raw food diet, digestive enzymes, especially lipase, and gelatine (broth of fish heads); anti-inflammatory remedies, cod liver oil and unheated fats (topically and internally), vitamins B12 and folic acid, herbal remedies Forskolin and burdock, low potency homeopathic nickel bromide, blue light therapy.

Rashes are usually caused by allergies, use allergy testing. Chronic skin diseases, for example, psoriasis, are often improved by inducing vomiting which relaxes the digestive organs and stimulates the solar plexus. Accept your skin problems as a beneficial cleansing, removing harmful energies and impurities from inside. Send love to your skin blemishes and they are more likely to go away.

Scar tissue, remove by frequently rubbing with camphorated oil and vitamin E. Alternatively rub onto the scar saturated solution of potassium iodide. In addition, scars may be treated with neural therapy. Professionally an anaesthetic (Xylocaine) is injected into scar tissues that are thought to induce interference fields in other areas of the body. Sometimes a health problem of long standing disappears instantaneously after injection. Alternatively, you may prick the scar with a fine needle to release the tissue tension in the area. Prick long scars in several places and leave a needle inserted for ten to twenty minutes about 2 mm deep at each end of the scar.

Skin cancer tends to disappear with topical and internal use of unheated fats and cod liver oil. Cover lesions for several days with a paste made of cod liver oil and lipase powder or cod liver oil and unheated fat (cream, coconut cream, avocado) and possibly fresh aloe vera juice. Inflamed skin areas may be treated with the south-pointing pole of a magnet and blue lighting. If skin cancer is suspected, you may apply the milky juice from the stem of radiation weed, radium-weed or milkweed (Spurge: Euphorbia, Petty Spurge). Repeat application as required, strong skin reaction may result followed by healing; also for warts, moles, blemishes, and so on. Skin rejuvenation: Frequently rub the skin with unheated fat, such as fresh coconut cream, milk cream or avocado; in the case of fat malabsorption and dry or inflammatory skin conditions also with cod liver oil, all of these with added vitamin E and possibly alpha lipoic acid. You may additionally rub the skin with some or all of the following: vitamin C powder, glucosamine, copper salicylate, MSM, nicotinamide and Microhydrin dissolved in aloe vera gel. Instead of using Microhydrin you may use strong electrolytic reduced water. At other times you may make a facial mask with fresh residue from juicing, moisten with some grass or vegetable juice as required to make it stick.

Also rejuvenate your skin by frequently bathing it in imaginary rose-colored energy. Very effective is periodic niacin skin flushing: with sensitive skin start with about 50 mg of niacin or a pinch of niacin powder on an empty stomach, subsequently use more or less to achieve flushing of most of the skin. With insensitive skin much more may be used. Flush the skin up to 2 – 3 times per week, preferably after rubbing the skin with suitable nutrients as suggested above.

Ulcers and Skin infections: Wash with warm diluted magnesium chloride or Epsom-salt solution and apply any of the following, alone or mixed with others. Propolis cream or solution, garlic, tea tree oil, fresh-cabbage leaf or fresh green vegetable juice, any of the herbs previously listed. Most recommended is fresh coconut cream. Aloe-vera gel is excellent for sealing a wound. Cover with honey, renew twice daily. When there are dead or proud flesh and gangrene apply protein-digesting enzymes - trypsin, pancreatin, but especially papaya, juice or strips of the fresh fruit, also papaya leaves or urea (see also ‘Urine & Urea Therapy’).

Warts and moles: As a gentle and effective treatment cover with cod liver oil and fresh coconut cream; also rub other parts of the skin with it. For stronger action, you may apply baking soda moistened with castor oil to the consistency of putty. Leave overnight; repeat until it becomes sore. Then apply cod liver oil and fresh coconut cream with vitamin-E oil, green juice or honey before continuing with castor oil. Be careful and gentle with moles. If a mole appears to turn malignant, cover with raw, crushed garlic, changing two or three times per day. When it becomes sore after several days, cover with honey instead for five days. Alternate between garlic and honey periods as long as required. Basically, moles indicate that the systems of elimination are not functioning well. A protruding mole may also be removed by tying a hair tightly around it, every two or three days adding another hair a fraction tighter. Active moles can also be removed with an escharotic cream.

GENERAL RULES FOR COLOUR THERAPY: Initial treatment with green, subsequent treatments for dry or scaly skin problems with lemon, for obstinate cases also yellow or orange. When scales drop and inner surface appears, treat as for moist or weeping skin disorders, with turquoise. For red, angry skin problems use blue or indigo. For abscesses, boils, carbuncles and furuncles, use systemic lemon and locally orange. When suppuration and throbbing begin, use yellow until the problem bursts open; then green until pus drains and red cavity is left, finally turquoise and indigo. For acne and especially psoriasis, cover with blue cellophane (double layer) and expose to sunlight or ultraviolet light (wavelength preferably 320-390 Nm with peak around 365-370 Nm).

THYROID PROBLEMS

For an indication of your thyroid function measure your temperature before getting up in the morning. Measure it in the armpit or under the tongue for 3 consecutive mornings. Women before menopause measure in the first half of the cycle before ovulation and best in the first week after the start of a new period. The temperature should be 36.5 degrees C or higher, otherwise the thyroid is likely to be under-active. However, be sure that you do not have a raised temperature due to a healing reaction or an infection.

If the thyroid is under-active, try the following measures. Take a supplement of the amino acid tyrosine (except when already taking D.L.P.A. or D,L-phenylalanine for pain) three times daily before meals. Best take it together with kelp or seaweed (half a teaspoon of powder or tablets) as a source of iodine (but do not use kelp if you are on a course of Lugol's solution). A prolonged high intake of iodine (e.g. Lugol’s solution and saturated solution of potassium iodide or SSKI) can suppress thyroid functions, which you can monitor with your morning temperature. Celery seed supplements may suppress thyroid hormones.

Also helpful are freeze-dried thyroid, chelated manganese (e.g. containing 20 mg of elemental manganese per day) and vitamin B6 (5 to 50 mg daily). Selenium is needed to activate the thyroid hormone. Unfortunately high dose supplements of vitamin A and even very high intake of beta-carotene from vegetable juices can slow down thyroid activity, although you may be able to overcome this with the suggested supplementation. Experiment and compare your morning temperature under different conditions.

However, the most helpful remedy for stimulating and normalising thyroid functions appears to be Maca, a Peruvian tuberous root, similar to Wild Yam but more effective.

Other useful measures are pressing the thyroid foot reflexes (see Reflexology), using the magnetic pulser on the thyroid gland and sanitising your teeth. Also singing is good, as well as visualisation exercises and deliberately feeling enthusiastic about something. Another possibility is taping the north pole of a small magnet over the thyroid gland. Best use a small neodymium button magnet. Tape it either at the middle of the throat close to the collarbones or, better still, place it slightly to the side, but it needs to be the correct side. The main causes of thyroid problems, except for iodine deficiency, are dead teeth (e.g. root-canal fillings), jawbone infections and mercury from amalgam fillings; these may also cause overactive or toxic thyroid conditions. With autoimmune disease of the thyroid see Autoimmune Diseases.

VACCINATION DAMAGE

Despite the refusal of the health establishment to investigate the long-term effects of vaccinations, increasingly there are now independent research reports made public. These link not only the epidemic of childhood asthma to vaccination rates but also crib death, shaken baby syndrome, hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder as well as autism and juvenile diabetes. Within ten years, for instance, there has been a ten-fold or 1000% increase in autism, which has been linked to organic mercury preservative in baby vaccines. Parents report that babies dying shortly after vaccinations were, without investigation recorded to have died of cot or crib death.

Also a greatly increased incidence of juvenile diabetes has been correlated to specific vaccination campaigns and to the number of vaccines given. In some aboriginal communities every second child died shortly after vaccination. Also the original explosive spread of AIDS across Africa correlates with a smallpox vaccination campaign. Basically most components of most vaccines are highly toxic, and these are introduced by an unbiological route directly into the bloodstream of babies with an immature immune system.

While the dangers of vaccinations are greatly understated by health authorities, the perceived benefits are greatly exaggerated. For instance, the four leading childhood killer diseases diphtheria, pertussis, scarlet-fever and measles declined already 95% before the introduction of vaccines.

The only complete protection against vaccination damage is strict avoidance of this procedure. If you cannot avoid vaccinations for your child, than give high doses of protective nutrients in high doses for several days before and several weeks after the event in particular vitamin C and MSM to aid in rapid detoxification.

WOUNDS & BURNS

DIET: High in easily digestible proteins and fresh-green-vegetables juices. Foods high in arginine, such as almonds, sunflower seeds, lentils.

SUPPLEMENTS: High doses of vitamins C, A, B1, E, bioflavonoids; manganese and zinc, protein-digesting enzymes, comfrey root. Homeopathic Arnica and/or Bach Rescue Remedy, internally and topically. Herbs: burdock, chamomile, comfrey, echinacea, and yarrow.

ADDITIONAL THERAPY: Cool burns with ice. Spray wounds and burns with a 1 per cent ascorbic acid and propolis solution; alternatively apply weak tannic acid. After drying, apply vitamin-E oil and cover with aloe-vera gel or honey of a heavy consistency or ointments containing propolis, vitamin E and zinc oxide. The principle is to seal the wound or burn airtight with an antiseptic preparation until healed. Therefore, reapply the gel or ointment to maintain an airtight seal; renew the honey twice daily. Later, sometimes camphorated oil against scarring. As an alternative, wounds may be covered with crushed fresh green leaves (cabbage, juicy grass pulp). South pole of a magnet on fresh wounds, later through-flow and finally north pole. Other therapy (for example, ear needling, reflexology) of the affected area. Green colour therapy topically, turquoise if there are signs of infection or inflammation, later lemon or yellow.

ENERGY HEALING: The very first act after an injury occurs should be to 'seal the aura'. Charge your hands and repeatedly move them slowly over the injured area, away from the central part of the body. For pain relief, move the hands past the ends of the extremities or the head, flicking the fingers to remove excess energy.

PRESSURE THERAPY: Immediately exert strong pressure, for example, with the thumb, on any cut for at least seven minutes. Also, partially severed parts may be pressed and held together with hand pressure or firm bandages. This halts bleeding and accelerates healing.
